We are looking for:

Junior Content Creator / Content Creator (m/f/d)

  • Location: Remote
  • Start: immediately
  • Scope: Part-time or full-time

Your tasks

  • Creation of social media content (reels, posts, stories) for Instagram, TikTok & Co.
  • Co-development of campaign ideas and storylines for new product launches
  • Production of behind-the-scenes, UGC, and tutorial content
  • Organization of Creator Collaborations

What you bring

  • You are creative, trend-conscious, and love to transform ideas into aesthetic content.
  • You understand what motivates our target audience and implement that authentically.
  • You are proficient in using Instagram, TikTok & video editing apps (e.g. CapCut, Canva, InShot etc.)
  • Prior experience in content creation / social media / influencer marketing is an advantage.

Sales Manager

  • Location: Remote

Your tasks

  • You bring Keita Cosmetics to new shelves and salons (you are the driving force behind our B2B growth)
  • Acquisition of new B2B partners (e.g., hair salons, concept stores, online shops, boutiques)
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Preparation of offers, price lists and individual terms and conditions
  • Negotiation and conclusion of B2B collaborations
  • Participation in trade fairs, pop-ups and industry events to expand our network

What you bring

  • Experience in sales, business development or account management (ideally in the beauty, lifestyle or retail sector)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Initiative and enthusiasm for building new partnerships
  • Organizational talent & structured work
  • Very good German and English skills
